- Do I have to pay to find out if I qualify?
- No. Every eligibility check gives you a verdict for free. You pay when you want the full working — the criterion scores, the red flags, and what to fix.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Everything here is a single payment. The Settlement Tracker and Life in the UK prep start as a 7-day trial with no card, and stay yours after one payment.
- Are the Home Office fees included?
- No, and nobody can include them. Settlement alone costs £3,226 per person. Our job is to tell you whether that money is worth spending yet.
- What if the report is not what I expected?
- Email us within 48 hours and we refund it. We would rather return £4.99 than have you tell people the report was not worth it.
